Warranty
Our professionally installed guards come with a workmanship guarantee and product warranty of up to 15 years.
We guarantee that for a period of 15 years from the date of installation our Aluminium and Steel meshes will not split apart or undergo considerable colour changes due to UV exposure. Saddles, angle trims and screws used will not crack, corrode or fade considerably for a period of 15 years.
We guarantee that for a period of 8 years from the date of installation our Polyethylene based mesh and other materials used will not split apart or undergo considerable colour change due to UV exposure.
Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee that all work done by All Seasons Gutter Protection is free from defects and will function as intended for a period of up to 15 years from the date of installation.
Exclusions
Any product failure, weakening, cracking, damage, lifting, tearing, splitting apart, rusting, corrosion or fading resulting from the following is not covered by our warranties: –
- Interference of any of our work by anyone other than us.
- Damage caused by other people/tradesman walking or working on the roof.
- Damage from any roof add-ons after gutter guard installation.
- Damage from plumbing work done after gutter guard installation.
- Activities of vandalism or other physical damage whether accidental or intentional.
- Damage caused by fallen trees or tree branches.
- Any pre-existing defects or structural movements of the building.
- Damage caused by acts of any government entity, acts of war or terrorism, armed conflict or rebellions.
- Damage arising from runoff water that’s contaminated with corrosive chemical agents.
- Damage from natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanos, lightning strike, floods, storms, tsunamis and hail damage.
- Neglect of recommended maintenance requirements.
Recommended Gutter Guard Maintenance
We recommend that homeowners should:
- Occasionally sweep or blow off leaves and other debris that may accumulate behind or on top of the gutter guard.
- Periodically flush the gutters to clear any sediment accumulation at the bottom of the gutters.
- Cut back large tree limbs to prevent them from falling over your roof in heavy winds or storms.
- Notify us as soon as possible to rectify or repair any damage to your gutter guard mesh or fixtures.
Once notified, we will endeavour to rectify any reasonable defects at our discretion.
